Baseball theme?

First try at this design. Still not happy with it. Something just seems off. And I know it's very poorly done. Will probably have another go at it. Just so sick of doing this. So many hours...








This is the original design in pencil. Originally what I had in mind was kinda like an old school simple baseball team or sports team kinda logo. Somehow the design up there just seems very latino gangster with tribal tattoos.

Thoughts anyone?
